Our Review Teams
Our document review specialists in India are all highly qualified, Indian attorneys experienced in large-scale document review. All our document review attorneys are recruited, trained, and supervised by our senior U.S. attorney project managers.
Training
All new attorneys undergo rigorous training on the specifics of document review. This includes a practical overview of the review process and the relevant rules. Our attorneys are required to demonstrate a thorough understanding of attorney-client privilege, the attorney work-product doctrine, confidentiality and how to prepare privilege logs. New reviewers undergo a series of test projects utilizing sample documents before “going live” on a real review. LawScribe’s document review attorneys are also trained on multiple review platforms, including CaseLogistix, Attenex, Kroll, Clearwell, Concordance, and Summation.

All of our document review projects are managed by highly experienced U.S. attorneys and senior e-discovery consultants with decades of experience working with Am Law 50 and Fortune 100 companies. We guarantee our clients that U.S. qualified attorneys will supervise and manage the projects in both our India and U.S. offices. Our senior U.S. project managers are responsible for training, quality control, and overall project administration.

Costs
LawScribe offers extremely competitive hourly rates for document review, significantly less than those charged by law firms and domestic document review companies. Our rates include the review facility, training, all necessary computer equipment, and high-speed internet connectivity. LawScribe will provide clients with a per-document price for the entire e-discovery process (see synerge above) or simply the offshore attorney review.
