Physical on-site security

  • Formal ID required to enter premises

Personal workstation preventative measures

  • All removable drives are disabled from the domain controller
  • Access to external internet protocols limited by the administrator
  • Users only entitled to use their own specific log-in details
  • Hard-to-guess passwords utilized by all employees
  • Software installation is disabled except to system administrators
  • System hardware configurations may only be changed by administrators
  • Printing is disabled without prior authorization and clearance
  • All incoming and outgoing mails are monitored on exchange server
  • Attachments are filtered
  • IMF is enabled in exchange server to control spam mails
  • Organization’s email address for personal use is prohibited
  • Different password for exchange server and web mail

Domain and file server

  • Access to the servers and systems will be by individual username and password
  • All users are allotted their corresponding folders under shared drives on server
  • Periodic data backup is configured on the server
  • All data transactions from file server are monitored and logged

Data Transfer Security

  • Secured VPN tunnel (3DES encrypted) for server connectivity
  • Clients access our secure FTP server with a confidential login
  • FTP login information stored on a separate admin server
  • Login information is changed routinely on a monthly basis
  • Disaster recover and backup arrangements
  • Backups performed at regular intervals throughout each day
  • Encrypted backup data stored on secondary servers offsite to protect against hard
    driver failure
  • Continuous backup power is delivered to each server to protect against outages
